About Organization : he Beach & Lake is a privately owned Ayurvedic Resort, 8 kilometres (18 minutes) south of Trivandrum International Airport. Offering Therapeutic and Rejuvenating Ayurvedic programmes, the resort is nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Karamana river, situated on an island. On one side are the backwaters; bordered by a forest of coconut palms, a natural habitat for 31 odd species of migratory birds.
